Commencement of classes: 05th September 2023 (Tuesday)

All students must adhere to the above timelines for registration and classes. Students with outstanding academic dues are advised to clear their dues promptly. Academic fees can be paid through DD (Demand Draft) in favor of ‘Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College’, payable at Ghaziabad/Delhi, with the name, mobile number, and student number mentioned on the back side of the DD. Alternatively, students can also make online transfers through NEFT / RTGS. Cash payments will not be accepted. The bank account details and the academic fee structure for the session 2023-24 are available on the college website.

Prior to registration, students should ensure they have no library dues and must carry their respective ID cards

Registration will only be considered complete after the verification of academic dues/fines payment. Therefore, students are advised to clear their dues in a timely manner and register accordingly.

Students who fail to register as per the above-mentioned schedule will be subject to a fine of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) per day, up to a maximum of Rs. 1000/-. Subsequently, their names will be struck off the college rolls, and they will be required to pay additional re-admission charges.

2. Attendance Undertaking (Annexure I)
