4th National Conference on ‘Information Technology for Business Transformation’ ITBT’17 was jointly organized by Department of Computer Science and Department of Information Technology at Ajay Kumar Garg Engg. College, Ghaziabad on 17th and 18th Feb, 2017, in association with Computer Society India (CSI), Ghaziabad Chapter, Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Noida and Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA).

The Conference was inaugurated by lighting the lamp of knowledge. After that Dr. R. K. Agarwal, Director AKGEC welcomed all the Guests and Participants.

The honorable Chief Guest, Dr. Karmeshu, Professor, School of Computer and Systems Sciences (SC&SS), JNU. emphasized that such conferences provide very good platform for research scholars, students and faculty members to share ideas and enhance their knowledge. Guest of Honor, Dr. M.N. Hoda Professor of Computer Science and Director at BVICAM, New Delhi, discussed the rapid development of Information Technology and its uses in the day to day life. He also impressed the audience by giving very interesting examples of real life.

Key Note Speaker, Professor Deepak Garg, Head, Computer Science and Engineering Department, Bennett University, G.Noida, highlighted the wide spread use of Information Technology in the business arena and presented many latest trends of research in the field of Information Technology .

Good number of research papers were received, out of which, a total of 45 papers were selected and were published in the proceedings of the conference in electronic form.

The technical session of conference was divided into four session’s. The sessions were conducted and chaired by the experienced people in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology. The Proceedings of the conference containing research papers were released in CD by Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Key Note speaker & Director AKGEC.

At the end of the conference certificates were distributed to various delegates and participants of the conference.
